UW-Stout Student Counseling Center Our mission is to support all students and their mental health. The purpose of our page is to share information and resources.

This page is not monitored daily. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. The Wellness PROs target the four most common areas of health stressors for the campus community, including stress management, healthy relationships, alcohol and drug education, and healthy eating and exercise. Through our outreach events we aim to focus on prevention, education, and connecting with students in a fun and engaging way. We strive to appeal to a wide audience and reduce the stigma that can be associated with seeking help or treatment.

Groups happen on a weekly basis and occur for about 8 weeks! What a great way to get some consistent counseling in!
