🔑 The Role: House Manager / Resident Leader
You will serve as the heartbeat of the home, ensuring both operational excellence and compassionate care.
Core Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support caregiving staff
• Ensure full shift coverage and accountability
• Maintain high standards of resident care and dignity
• Coordinate schedules, communication, and daily operations
• Serve as a calm, capable leader and problem-solver
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

One year ago today… this was just concrete and a vision.
Through weather pivots, project tweaks, and a whole lot of dreaming — The Pavilion at WoodWind Park is nearly complete.

Now fully enclosed with 8 scenic garage doors that open up to nature’s best view, this space has become a centerpiece for gathering, celebrating, and dancing under the sky. Bathrooms are being installed next, and then we’re calling this dream a reality.

2026 bookings are already underway, and we can't wait to see this place filled with laughter, music, and memories for years to come.

Here’s to what a year can build — and to the magic still ahead. 💫
