Floor Lead (Rotating) – Solomon Hill Estates
Join Our Welcoming Team in a Beautiful Setting West of Menomonie, WI
Position Overview
Solomon Hill Estates, a warm and inviting adult family home, is seeking a dedicated Floor Lead to join our caring team. This essential role operates on a rotating schedule, alternating every other week with another floor lead. The position involves a regular 24-32 hour standing shift per week, providing consistency and flexibility for our staff. As a Floor Lead, you will play a key part in ensuring a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The floor lead is scheduled for 7 days on and 7 days off regardless of whether you are on site. Often times no shifts will need to be covered.
Compensation
• Base pay determined by experience and qualifications
• 24-32 hours per week in a standing shift
• $25 per day call pay allowance for emergency coverage

One year ago today… this was just concrete and a vision.
Through weather pivots, project tweaks, and a whole lot of dreaming — The Pavilion at WoodWind Park is nearly complete.

Now fully enclosed with 8 scenic garage doors that open up to nature’s best view, this space has become a centerpiece for gathering, celebrating, and dancing under the sky. Bathrooms are being installed next, and then we’re calling this dream a reality.

2026 bookings are already underway, and we can't wait to see this place filled with laughter, music, and memories for years to come.
