Fitness, health & nutrition have always been a passion of mine. Having an alternative therapy busin I am located at 390 Red Cedar St. Menomonie.

In December 2010, I became an ACE certified personal trainer. In 2014 earned a nutrition certification for personal training. In 2015 I became a Reflexologist and 2016, adding to my health care practice, I became a Reiki Master. My goal is to help people with all their health care needs no matter how big or small.
