As Easter gets closer, our Life Enhancement and Dietary teams wanted to remind you that you are invited to share Easter lunch with your loved ones!

Each meal is $10 and must be ordered by March 25th! On the menu: brown sugar glazed ham, loaded red skin mashed potatoes, candied carrots, fruit salad, fresh baked dinner rolls, & lemon crunch pie.

Paper order forms are also available at the front desk of the Central (yellow) building. If you have a large group and would like to reserve a room, please reach out as soon as possible so that our Life Enhancement team can get your group on the calendar. Check out our March and April volunteer opportunities!

March 10th - Dollar Tree outing with East: Volunteers will meet us at the Dollar Tree at 2:00 pm, help residents shop for around 45 minutes, and help bring them back out to the bus to load and return to The Neighbors.

March 19th - Chippewa Valley Irish Dance Show: Volunteers will meet at The Neighbors at 3:00 to help bring residents to the Red Cedar Bistro in the Central building for the show. After the show, volunteers will help residents back to their households.

April 7th (Central), 14th (East), and 21st (West): Volunteers will meet us at the Mabel Tainter at 1:40 pm to help residents into the building, accompany them on the tour, and help get them back out to the bus to return home.

Residents across campus baked up a storm on Saturday with the Menomonie High School DECA crew 🍪 Students led the baking programs making different items like rice krispies, s'mores bars, brownies, puppy chow, and more! Taste testing desserts before lunch is always a good idea isn't it? 😋🧁

Residents teamed up with Chippewa Valley Technical College students this week playing competitive games of balloon volleyball and UNO! We appreciate you bringing a fun time to the programs 🤩

Options include a mylar balloon with chocolates and a card ($5), and/or a singing valentine ($1 per song). Orders are due Thursday, February 12th.

-- Volunteers will meet us at the UW Stout Fieldhouse at 5:45 pm, help get residents from the bus to the building/into the gym, and help them back out to load the bus and return to The Neighbors. We will stay at the meet for around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

We are so thankful for the additional items to spread holiday cheer across and keep our residents stocked up for the year - coats, shoes, activity supplies, personal hygiene supplies, and so much more!

Thank you to University of Wisconsin-Stout and their construction students for delivering beautiful garden beds and work benches for our courtyards. We are looking forward to spring even more now. Snow, snow go away! 👋
