The first week of November has been an eventful one! Residents rocked out at a Neil Diamond show 🤩 They also were visited by the Community Foundation of Dunn County and Pastor Bob Friese to drop of an extremely generous donation to our activities department in memory of Barb Chung. Thank you to all the sponsors of this basket for helping to spread joy through BINGO prizes, art supplies, and gift cards to some of our favorite places for outings! We are so appreciative of everyone's hard work and the generosity that made it happen ☺️

Happy Tuesday everyone! Our Life Enhancement Team wanted to send out some updates as we approach the holiday season ⛄️ Check out the fun events and meals coming up in November & December.
🦅 Veterans Day Celebration: November 11th at 2:30 pm in the Central Bistro hosted with the Dunn County Veterans Office. Join us to celebrate and honor the service of our Veterans. We will have desserts and refreshments after the program. This event will also be live streamed here on our page!
🦃 Thanksgiving Meal: We invite you to join your loved one for Thanksgiving! November 27th at 12:00 pm. Meals must be pre-ordered by November 12th and are $10 each. Lunch consists of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, fresh baked dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. Use the link below to order yours today!

December 24th at 5:00 pm. Supper consists of slow roasted hot beef on a bun, sliced pickles, cheesy hashbrowns, creamy coleslaw, bread pudding with a warm butter sauce.
December 25th at 12:00 pm. Lunch consists of maple glazed ham, seasoned mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, fruit salad, fresh dinner roll, dutch apple pie with whipped topping.

🎄Memorial Lights 2025: We would be honored to help remember your loved one with a light displayed in front of our Central Building. If you would like a memorial light, please fill out the form using the link below. You may also reply to this email to sign up. Last day for forms is December 17th. Lights will be displayed December 19th until January 19th. Names will be displayed in a video on The Neighbors page. A suggested donation is $5 per name. All proceeds go towards cost free resident engagement in the community.

Donations can be dropped off in the lobby of The Neighbors Central (yellow) building now until Nov. 14th! 🥫

The Dunn County Wellbeing Ambassadors are hosting a food drive to support Stepping Stones of Dunn County! Donations will be accepted through November 14, 2025.

Drop-off locations are available at several Dunn County departments during regular business hours.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

🍂 Fall photo dump! 🍁 We have had a busy season... Check out all the fun around campus! We have had visitors from UW-Stout Police Department, the Dunn County Playgroup, and different agencies around our community.

An extra THANK YOU to all the volunteers from WESTconsin Credit Union, United Way St. Croix & Red Cedar Valleys, Dairy State Bank, and our facilities team for all their help with fall clean up and landscaping during United Way Day of Caring and Community Care Day! We are so thankful for their hard work in helping to get our gardens looking great!
