Let’s be honest… we will be about 80% pie the day after Thanksgiving! So, in this class, we’re moving slow. Like, gravy-slow. But don’t worry—your strength is still in there, somewhere between the mashed potatoes and the cranberry sauce.
Expect long holds, yummy twists, and deep breaths, and maybe a few poses that resemble “I dropped my fork under the table.”
