I am Carol Lake, a Certified Health Coach through the World Renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, am a natural intuitive, a 7th Generation Shamanic Reiki Master and an Ageless Grace Educator. I am 55 years old, a mother of two grown children and love being a Nana. Life is amazing and I am here to help you create the balance and support that you need to be the best you. My journey with medical professionals is what brought me to where I am today. After countless visits to doctors, and misdiagnosed symptoms, my health issues were classified as "idiopathic." I even had one doctor tell me it was all in my head. I knew that something was going on with my body, that no medical doctor, x-ray or lab result could find. What if my body was trying to tell me something on a much deeper level? Was it mental, physical or spiritual dis-ease?

The kick off our brand new program, join us for a one hour special class on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 starting at 7:30 pm.

After that, join us every second and fouth Wednesday of the month from
7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Our programs are going to be teaching you topics to keep all of us healthy and strong plus provide guidance on exercise. At the end, if you have any questions, ask away and we will answer them.

Let's start December, not January as a new you for 2026 and beyond!! 🎉

The last comet that I can remember was Hale-Bopp back in 1997 that graced our skies for almost 18 months. It truly fascinated me and called to me; its beauty, power and mystery!! The Universe/God has no limits or boundaries. 🎉🙏💖
