The Black Poster Project is a powerful and moving memorial that travels across the country displaying the pictures and stories of individuals lost to overdose deaths. At the recent event in Raleigh, sponsored by the Alcohol and Drug Council of North Carolina (https://www.alcoholdrughelp.org/), SMART's Executive Director Pete Rubinas (L) and Wake County Community Outreach Coordinator Mary Srivastava provided information and support for this impactful initiative.
