➡️ Warm up first (your driveway is basically a CrossFit workout)
➡️ Lift with your legs, not your spine
➡️ Take smaller scoops — you're not competing in the Snow Olympics
➡️ Push when you can, don’t twist, and take breaks
➡️ And honestly… just hire a snow removal company. Your back will thank you. 😂
