Ever find a way to exercise without even thinking about it? 👣🌿

We spent some time on the Towpath Trail in downtown Cleveland and I have to say… it was one of those “this doesn’t even feel like a workout” kind of days.

The views of the city were so good, the trail was easy to walk, and before we knew it… we had gotten in a great walk without even trying 😊

And that’s exactly what I mean when I talk about small steps.

It doesn’t have to be a hardcore workout.
It doesn’t have to be something you dread.

Sometimes it’s just:
✨ A walk with a view
✨ A new place to explore
✨ A little fresh air + movement

When you make it fun… it doesn’t feel like exercise.
But your body still gets all the benefits 💛

If you’ve been trying to “get moving,” maybe don’t overthink it.
Just find something you actually enjoy.

Raise your hand if your computer is draining your energy more than your kids lately 🙋♀️💻

I hear this ALL the time…
“I’m not even doing anything physical, so why am I SO tired?”

Here’s the thing 👇
Sitting for long periods (especially at a computer) can slow down circulation…
and when circulation slows down, your body isn’t delivering oxygen and nutrients as efficiently.

➡️ Cue the brain fog
➡️ The heavy, sluggish feeling
➡️ The “I need a nap but I just started my day” energy

This is actually one of my FAVORITE times to use my BEMER.

Just 8 minutes…
✨ Helps support circulation
✨ Helps your body recharge
✨ Helps you feel more like yourself again

It’s become my little “reset button” in the middle of the day—especially on heavy computer days.

Because let’s be real…
We’re not giving up our computers anytime soon 😅
But we CAN support our bodies better while we use them 💛

Monday always feels like a reset for me.

A chance to slow down for a minute and think about how I actually want to feel this week… not just what I need to get done.

Because if I’m being honest, it’s really easy to jump right back into the busy, take care of everyone else, and forget about myself.

Lately I’ve been trying to do things a little differently.

Not huge changes… just small steps that help me feel better:
✨ taking a few minutes to reset
✨ supporting my body
✨ actually listening when something feels “off”

It’s amazing how much those little things add up over time.

If you’re heading into this week feeling tired, off, or just not like yourself… you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to stay there 💛

If you’ve been curious about what I do, I’d love to have you come in and try a session. Sometimes the smallest step can make the biggest difference.
