Meet Jaqueline, Customer Care Associate Manager in our Latin America region. She joined STERIS nearly 10 years ago as part of the Operations team. Today, she manages the Customer Care team in Brazil and supports the development and enhancement of STERIS systems.
“A typical day for me involves a lot of communication, analysis, and decision-making. I stay connected to the bigger purpose that is behind everything we do. It’s a dynamic routine where each day brings a new challenge—and that’s what keeps me going,” she shared.
Jaqueline says she’s most proud of the journey she’s built over the years here at STERIS. “I’ve grown through different areas, always learning and making meaningful contributions every step of the way. Seeing people and processes evolve through shared efforts is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role. I feel deeply connected to the company, the people I work with, what I do, and the purpose behind it.”
In Jaqueline’s free time, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking and spending time with the people (and pets) she loves. “Whether it’s a quiet evening with a good book or a walk with my dogs, Snoopy, Charlie, and Lola, I value simple moments that bring peace and connection.”
