I’m really good at overthinking….like really good 😁 replaying what I said, or did, or didn’t do and this can be exhausting!!

We are not perfect and society helps promote us comparing and judging ourselves but we need moments of reflection.

I’m human. I have flaws and make mistakes and have crazy hair sometimes. And that’s fine. It is a part of me. I like to reflect, slow down and say hmmm…that was judgy. Let me try that again.

Remember to be kind to others but most importantly be kind to yourself!

I made this video a few years ago but it is all still true! I opened Hopeful Journeys Counseling and Wellness to try and reduce the stress for our clients and ourselves! Since making this video our office expanded and we now have 4 providers! Very exciting!!
