We hear so many people telling us horrible past therapy experiences and just being grateful we answered the phone! If you have been brave enough to reach out for support we want you to know we are proud of you!

We want to support your WHOLE wellness so Jessica met with Jamie at Expanding Consciousness to see how she can help support you with breathwork.

Jamie Gooch is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator and the owner of Expanding Consciousness. She teach clients how to use specific breath patterns, meditation and somatic (body based) exercises to live a more balanced life.

Most clients start in search of anxiety relief and nervous system regulation. They quickly find out that breathwork offers a plethora of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

Clients schedule hourly sessions and utilize services on a regular basis to support them on their wellness journey. Jamie offers studio and virtual sessions with children and adults.

In the warmer months Jamie offers group classes at local beaches for sunset and I often travel for corporate events where I teach on stress relief in the workplace.
