No major time, money, or energy commitments....just a small change. You're in the car.....take a breath, listen to a favorite song, sit in silence for 60 seconds. You are washing your hands.....use a favorite scented soap. Find a way to help yourself without needing to do MORE. If you need support, we are here to help!

Even if you take 5 minutes to slow down somewhere in your day, your nervous system might thank you! Take a break, a breath, a snack, a sit, or a step outside. Take care of you!
