A grief group is a supportive space for individuals who have experienced the loss of someone important in their lives. Miara’s Grief Group brings people together to talk openly about their feelings, share memories, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief. Participants often find comfort in realizing they are not alone and that others understand what they’re going through.

The group is guided by a trained facilitator who helps create a safe, respectful environment. Meetings may include discussion, reflection, and simple tools for managing emotions and daily life after loss.

Everyone moves through grief differently, and this group honors each person’s unique journey. If you or someone you know may benefit from additional support, we welcome you to connect with us to learn more.
