We have had some great entertainment in the last few weeks!
Dave and the Ramblers brought such a unique sound as we heard the bass and banjo playing some of our favorite classics!
Ron Papaleo had a surprise for us and brought out his according. None of us could sit still as we were singing and dancing as he played - The Pennsylvania polka!
And yesterday, Sam Fosh had us doing the twist and bring that microphone around for some old-fashioned karaoke!

There is always a wide variety of activities to do here at Salida Woods. We have been enjoying many different games, socials, entertainment, gardening and crafts. One day as we were coming back from our nature walk, we met two baby fawns in our front yard. Mama was keeping a close watch on us but did let us enjoy such cuties!

We want to thank the Mentor Police Crime and Prevention unit for sharing important information about identity theft, scamming and how the Mentor Police Department is here to assist when needed. Officer Dan shared with us ways to protect our personal and financial information. We shared stories of scams we heard about, ones that were tried on us, but we stopped it right away and some cleaver ideas scammers are trying to get our information. It was very informative, and we cannot wait to have the Mentor Police back for coffee and chats!
