Taylor Made Home Care, LLC serving the communities of NE OH We are a locally owned and operated non-medical/private duty home care agency. We provide respite care for family car We custom fit a plan to your in home needs.

Our services include care/assistance for seniors, after surgery care, expectant mothers on bed rest, Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. We provide non-medical home care/companionship to all ages in the counties of Lake, Geauga, and Eastern Cuyahoga Counties of Ohio. We specialize in Live in senior care, high risk pregnancies for bed ridden mothers, and post surgical care. We do have hourly rates as well with no minimum of hours needed. Respite care for families too.

As we prepare to "fall back" this weekend, it's important to remember that the time change can be more than just an inconvenience—especially for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Disruptions to routine and changes in sleep patterns can increase confusion, agitation, and symptoms of sundowning. Caregivers may notice heightened anxiety or restlessness during this transition.

Simple adjustments, such as maintaining consistent lighting, sticking to familiar routines, and planning calming activities, can help ease the transition.
