🌟 May Employee of the Month: Rebecca Fox 🌟

We may be a little late in posting, but our appreciation is right on time! Please join us in congratulating Rebecca Fox as our May Employee of the Month!

Rebecca is a proud mom to 11-year-old twin girls and cherishes spending her free time with her family. Whether she’s exploring new places, hiking scenic trails, or relaxing at the beach, she makes the most of every moment. A music lover at heart, Rebecca enjoys concerts and finds joy in simply listening to her favorite tunes.

She’s currently working hard toward becoming an LPN — with only one semester to go! Her dedication to learning and growing in her role is just one of the many reasons she stands out.

Rebecca takes immense pride in delivering exceptional care to our residents, and it truly shows in everything she does. Her compassion, reliability, and positive energy make a lasting impact on our community.

🌟Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Zach Emrisko!🌟

Zach, we are very pleased to have you a part of our Concord ridge team. Zach has been a part of the Foundations health solutions team for two years and has been in the food business since he was 19. Zach is work driven and he couldn’t do what he does without the residents. In his free time he likes to relax and play video games.

Again, we thank you Zach for all your hard work, dedication and compassion that you have for our building in our community! ⭐️

Our day yesterday was filled with so much laughter and fun! To raise money for the walk in Alzheimer event that’ll be taken place in September. We decided to practice our aim. 🎯

Thank you to everyone who participated and everyone who supported in this event for a great cause! We are pleased of the turnout and our residents got a really good show. 🥧

We are sooo “pulped” to have our local pulp truck come and serve some delicious smoothies for our staff and residents, compliments of Foundation’s Health Solutions for reaching 100% occupancy. Perfect treat for a sunny day. Thank you to Michael and your team! You did a wonderful job!

We spent a gorgeous day at the Penitentiary Glen Reservation, and it was everything from amazing trails, fresh air, and the most magical picnic spot! To top it all off, we wandered through an incredible art exhibit that absolutely wowed us. Nature and creativity at perfect harmony.
