Our team knows how to work hard AND celebrate together!

This week, we gathered for our Staff BBQ, and it was nothing short of amazing. From sizzling sliders, steak kabobs, wings, and pasta salad to laughter and connection, the day was all about enjoying each other’s company outside of the workplace.

We’re so grateful for every member of our staff who makes our community strong. Events like this remind us that we’re more than coworkers, we’re family. ❤️

💜 We Walked with Purpose — and with Heart 💜

Over the weekend, our team came together at the beautiful Lake County Farmpark for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s — and we’re so proud to share that we exceeded our fundraising goal! 🙌💐
Alzheimer’s touches so many lives, including those right here in our community. That’s why this walk meant so much to us — not just as caregivers and professionals, but as people who have seen the impact of this disease up close.

We’re proud to have a Memory Care Unit where we provide loving, personalized care every day — and we’re led by an incredible Certified Dementia Practitioner who brings heart, knowledge, and dedication to everything we do.
This cause is deeply personal for all of us. We walked for our residents, for their families, and for a future without Alzheimer’s. 💪💜

To everyone who donated, walked beside us, or cheered us on — thank you. Your support means the world. Together, we truly are making a difference.

Beginning her career during the challenges of COVID, Alyssa showed remarkable adaptability and versatility. She continues to grow and inspire us all every day.

We would like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Open House at Concord Ridge Thursday! We had such a wonderful time meeting you, showing you around, and sharing all that our community has to offer. Your support and presence made the day so special.

We’d also like to give a special thank you to Home Instead for providing the delicious cotton candy—it was such a sweet treat that everyone enjoyed; also, King Kone for their amazing ice cream! Lastly Zoo2go, for bringing the zoo to our community. We all truly enjoyed you and your wonderful animals.
