🍂 Our Memory Care family enjoyed their very first fall outing with a refreshing walk at Veterans Park! The crisp autumn air, colorful leaves, and the beauty of nature made for such a wonderful start to the day. Smiles, laughter, and the simple joy of being outdoors together filled our hearts. ❤️

Amanda, Ingrid and our memory care family couldn’t let summer slip away without one more beach day! 🌊☀️ We grabbed some Arby’s (because you know… “They Have The Meats!🥩🥓”) and soaked up every moment. From staring into the beautiful water dreaming of being out on a boat , to the sunshine and the beautiful sky above—it was truly a fabulous day together! ☀️🩵💛

Who’s hungry for a challenge? Our StoryPoint Group chefs are!✨

The 1st Annual Senior Living Culinary Challenge is here — an American Culinary Federation competition celebrating the passion, creativity, and skill of chefs redefining dining in senior living.

We’re proud to have 10 StoryPoint Group chefs competing alongside peers from across the industry, all showcasing dishes that bring comfort, joy, and flavor to the seniors they serve every day.

The competition will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the GFS Corporate Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI.

🌺🍹 Danbury Senior Living North Ridgeville turned up the tropical vibes with a lively luau in honor of National Assisted Living Week. Residents celebrated with dancing, leis, and a feast that brought the flavors of the islands to Ohio. This week has been all about fun, connection, and making each day feel like a celebration. 🥳❤️✨

What a day we had! Lee guided us on a sweet adventure starting with a stop at Presti’s Bakery in Little Italy—where we couldn’t resist treats like tiramisu, lobster tails, cinnamon rolls, and brownies… oh my! 🍰🥐🍫

From there, our very own tour guide, Life Enrichment Director Ashley, led us through the beautiful and historic Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland. Established in 1869, it’s not only a place of peace and beauty, but also the final resting place of President Garfield and his wife. We even got a first-hand look at the iconic Crying Angel statue. 🕊️✨

Along the way, we found ourselves reminiscing about our childhood days around Cleveland—the neighborhoods, the history, and the sweet memories that make this city so close to our hearts. 💭❤️

To wrap up our adventure, we enjoyed a hearty steak dinner at Outback Steakhouse—the perfect ending to a day full of surprises, laughter, and cherished memories. Sometimes plans fall through, only to lead us to new adventures we’ll never forget. 🌟

💖💁🏼‍♀️ Barbie made her debut in 1959 and so did the belief that you can be anything, an astronaut, a teacher, or a queen of fun like residents at Danbury Senior Living Sanctuary Grande. For Generation of Innovation Week, residents took it back to the fabulous fifties and celebrated in true Barbie fashion. 🥂🎀✨

From the toe-tappin’ polka beats of Bob Kravos and The Boys in the Band 🎶, to the shiny classic cars 🚗✨, finger-lickin’ BBQ 🍔, and non-stop laughs 😄—we truly rocked (and polka’d) our parking lot like never before!
