Let’s clear something up.

Foundations of Yoga isn’t only for beginners.

It’s for anyone who wants to feel more confident, supported, and informed in their practice.

This workshop is especially helpful if you:
• are new to yoga
• are returning after time away
• practice regularly but still feel unsure about alignment
• want classes to feel less confusing
• like understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing

Foundations slows things down so you can learn, ask questions, and build skills that carry into every class after.

If you’ve ever felt like you were just “keeping up” in class — this is your chance to really understand the practice.

Last weekend reminded us why we love these moments so much.

Practicing together with live music in the room shifted the energy in a special way — slower, more present, more connected. Each breath felt intentional. Each movement landed a little deeper.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and shared the space.

And a huge thank you to Sarah Misley for guiding the class with such care, and Eric Andrews for bringing live acoustic music that grounded the entire experience.

These are the practices that remind us yoga is more than movement.
It’s presence. It’s connection. It’s community.
