I’ve said all of these things to myself before:
❌ “I don’t have time.”
❌ “I’m not flexible.”
❌ “I’m not good at yoga.”

But everything shifted when I stopped comparing myself to an idea of what yoga should look like — and started showing up for how it actually feels.

Laughter, love, and a whole lot of puppy cuddles — thank you to everyone who joined our Puppy Yoga class last weekend!

Together, we moved, smiled, and supported Geauga Moms Dogs & Pups, helping make a difference one downward dog (and wagging tail) at a time.

Here’s to more moments like this — where yoga meets joy and community meets compassion.
