Aromatherapist Certification Training | NAHA Approved begins in October. A weekend commitment, and online work will gain you certification, but you can always take this course for your own enjoyment.

You will learn from an Aromatherapist with Clinical recognition and a Master of Science in Aromatherapy.

In the weeks ahead we will shift to our after Labor Day schedule, (Fall schedule), and you will find some new classes on this schedule including:
🌻Saturday Morning 9:15-10:15am Mixed Level Yoga Class with Liz Basich
🌻Wednesday Monthly Moonyasa Full Moon Flow classes with me 6:15-7:30pm
🌻Fridays Monthly Themed Deep Stretch Yin Style Yoga with Yoga Nidra 6-7:15pm with Ashley Leaf
🌻 Mondays Candlelight Gentle Yoga with Restorative Yoga 7-8pm with Aleena

We have these classes offered as sessions to save $$$ and keeps these classes on the schedule, and also the monthly classes as drop in. We will open up drop in enrollment after Aug 15th so we meet our minimums and your favorite classes stay on the schedule!

Namaste, beautiful students. Today is the first of the three harvest days, Lammas, and my favorite time of the year! It is also the time I always do my fall schedule for the yoga part of my studio, and I feel so inspired to how I want to share fall with you at the studio. I sent a newsletter today for the autumn sessions on monthly and weekly classes, you get a nice discount for signing up for full sessions, so we are starting with that, then open enrollment for drop ins and passes will be on August 15th! So far, 2 of our sessions are full, but there is plenty to go around still. Take a look, ask if you have questions, and sign up for what you like! If you need anything, I am always here to support you, yes a real live person...
