She is a motorcycle enthusiast, and has traveled extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Venezuela, South America, and several countries in Europe. REFLEXOLOGY: Drug free method for the whole body to help restore and maintain natural balance. Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body. REIKI: Healing technique that channels energy into the client by means of touch, to activate the natural healing process. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
REJUVENATE THE MIND. BALANCE THE BODY Young Living’s proprietary RAINDROP TECHNIQUE ® combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. The technique, developed by Young Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young, draws from his experience with Native American wellness traditions and provides a revolutionary means of nurturing harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally. EPSOM AND HIMALAYAN FOOT SOAKS provide many health benefits. When added to water, the minerals are easily absorbed through your skin. Which is the best way to boost your magnesium (aside from through food). Sometimes getting the magnesium transdermal can be a good way because it is less affected by activity in your gut, from things like stomach acids and digestive enzymes. When the liver and stomach are bypassed more of the magnesium can go directly into the bloodstream. PENDULUM CLASSES: When you "ask your pendulum" a question, your intuition looks at the vast array of data it has at its disposal and transmits the answer to the question by way of a signal, using your body’s nervous system. The signal runs down your arm, through your nervous system, down your arm and wrist and out through the pendulum. The pendulum, your radio’s "speaker", announces the answer to your question using a signal which you "listen to" with your eyes - observing the direction and intensity of the pendulum's swing.
