Tighter skin without surgery is one of the holy grails of plastic surgery- desired by many, but ultimately unattainable.

There have been many attempts, from Thermage to Ulthera to SkinTite. But ultimately they all seem to give great results to a smaller percentage of the population, with very minimal or no results for the vast majority. And since they come with a high cost, AND tend to be unpredictable in terms of who they'll work well for, it's often simply not worth the money.
