What does it mean when a breast implant is high profile vs. low profile? These two implants are the same size- 375ml. The implant on the right is a high profile implant, meaning it has a smaller base diameter for a given volume.
Dr. Greer will choose the profile of the implant based on your size preferences and the natural width of your breast. That way you don't have an implant that is too wide, or too narrow, for your body.

These aren't implants!

This patient was happy with her breast size, but wanted a perkier shape. She also wanted to improve the loose skin over her abdomen after having children. Dr. Greer performed abdominoplasty and breast lift with auto-augmentation. Rather than adding an implant, the breast tissue is rearranged to create a perkier shape with more projection.
