Swedish massage for relaxation can be combined with deep tissue massage and neuromuscular therapy for working out acute pain and stiffness. Hot stones & aromatherapy are incorporated into most massages to not only relax the muscle, but the mind as well. S

ports massage is offered to help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts. With the use of the Prego Pillow, the mother is able to comfortably lay face down, therefore allowing a deeper & more efficient massage. By appointment only, no walk ins.
