Happy upcoming Thanksgiving everyone. Hope it all goes well. Just a little food for thought.

1. Eating and drinking are some of the greatest joys of life. Turkey, stuffing & potatoes are especially good. Take time to truly enjoy this plentiful meal.
2. Holiday family gatherings can sometimes be tricky. Try a little less "sauce" and a bit more understanding and grace.
3. Despite the beautiful weather, cold & flu season has started (COVID, FLU, and RSV are starting again) please be considerate of vulernable members of your family & friend group.
