Dmitriy Chester APNP- BC
Dmitriy Chester is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP) with over 20 years of experience in family, emergency medicine and urgent care. After immigrating from Ukraine in 1992, where Dmitriy was a practicing physician assistant and studied medicine at the Vinnitsa Medical University, he received his Bachelor’s and Masters of Nursing degrees from Concordia University in Mequon. His work at various hospitals and clinics in the Greater Milwaukee area made him aware that the out-of-pocket costs of healthcare has become higher and higher over the years, and even unaffordable for some. As a result, Dmitriy founded Medco Milwaukee with the goal of giving back to the community by providing high-quality healthcare at transparent, affordable prices. Between long waiting times and unclear pricing, medical care as a whole is a tough road to navigate – made more confusing by the toss-up that is insurance: either you risk your physical health by not getting the care you need, or you risk your financial health by paying high out-of-pocket costs.
