Dmitriy Chester is a board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP) with over 20 years of experience in family, emergency medicine and urgent care. After immigrating from Ukraine in 1992, where Dmitriy was a practicing physician assistant and studied medicine at the Vinnitsa Medical University, he received his Bachelor’s and Masters of Nursing degrees from Con
cordia University in Mequon. His work at various hospitals and clinics in the Greater Milwaukee area made him aware that the out-of-pocket costs of healthcare has become higher and higher over the years, and even unaffordable for some.
