✨ Balance Awareness Week is here!

From September 14–20, 2025, we join the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) in raising awareness for those living with vestibular disorders like vertigo, dizziness, and balance loss.

On Thursday, Mind+ Neurology will host a free Wellness Workshop with our Certified Vestibular Occupational Therapist, Kari Hart. She’ll cover:

• An overview of how balance works, and why it can become disrupted
• The relationship between dizziness and traumatic brain injury or concussion
• Practical tips to help reduce fall risk when feeling unstable
