❄️ Does your body feel stiff after this long Wisconsin winter? 🥶

You’re not alone. After months of less activity, many people notice:

• tighter hips
• achy knees
• stiff backs
• reduced balance

Then when spring activity ramps up, those issues become more noticeable.

Physical therapy can help restore:
✔ mobility
✔ strength
✔ balance
✔ confidence with movement

Our goal is simple: help you keep doing the things you enjoy.

📞 If something has been bothering you lately, we’d be happy to take a look.

👶 Does your baby always tilt their head to one side?

It might be torticollis, a common condition in infants where the neck muscles become tight, causing the head to tilt or rotate to one side.

You might notice things like:

• your baby prefers looking one direction
• difficulty turning their head both ways
• a tilted head position
• flattening on one side of the head

The good news is that pediatric physical therapy can be very effective in treating torticollis.

With gentle stretching, positioning strategies, and parent education, many babies improve quickly and regain full range of motion.

At Health In Balance, our pediatric physical therapist Katie works with infants and families to help babies move comfortably and develop normally.

If you’ve noticed your baby consistently tilting their head or favoring one side, it may be worth taking a closer look. Call us 262-236-0176

You don’t have to wait until you’re injured to see a Physical Therapist.

Most people think PT = post-surgery or major injury.

But what if it also meant:
✔️ Catching small issues before they become big ones
✔️ Moving better in the gym
✔️ Keeping up with your kids (or grandkids)
✔️ Staying independent as you age
✔️ Getting back to the activities you love — without fear
At Health In Balance, we believe proactive care is powerful care.

Whether you're dealing with nagging back pain, returning to sport, navigating pregnancy/postpartum changes, or just feeling “not quite right,” we’re here for you.
Your body is talking. We’re just really good at listening. 💜

🌧️ Spring is in the air… even if it comes with a few rainy days.

The snow is melting, the days are getting longer, and before we know it we’ll be back to all the things that make Wisconsin summers great — walking trails, gardening, pickleball, golf, biking, and chasing the kids or grandkids around the yard. ☀️

Now is actually the perfect time to get your body ready for it.

If you’ve been dealing with:
• nagging knee or hip pain
• stiffness after the long winter
• balance issues
• old injuries that flare up when you’re more active

Physical therapy can help you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries before summer activity ramps up.

A little work now can make a big difference when those warm days arrive.

📞 If something has been bothering you, don’t wait for it to get worse.
Let’s get you ready for the season ahead.

If you’ve been wondering about your child… this is for you. 💛

Maybe they’re not walking yet.
Maybe they trip more than other kids.
Maybe their head tilts to one side.
Maybe something just feels… off.

And maybe you’ve Googled it at 10pm more than once.

First, take a breath.

You are not overreacting.
You are not a “worried parent.”
You are paying attention. And that’s a beautiful thing.

Pediatric Physical Therapy isn’t scary.
It’s not harsh.
It’s not about labeling your child.

It’s about:

✨ Meeting your child exactly where they are
✨ Turning therapy into play
✨ Building strength and confidence
✨ Supporting YOU just as much as your child

Sometimes parents come in and we say, “Everything looks great.”
Sometimes we catch something early and make it so much easier to address.

Either way — you leave with clarity and a plan.

If this resonates with you, we’re here.
No pressure. No judgment. Just support. Call today to get your child scheduled with Miss Katie, our fantastic Pediatric Physical Therapist! 💜

“I thought it would just go away..."

We hear this every single day.

That shoulder that’s been bugging you for 6 months.
The low back pain you “just deal with.”
The knee that flares up every time you try to get back into a routine.

Here’s the truth:
👉 Pain is information, not something to ignore.

And the longer you wait, the more your body compensates…
(which usually leads to more issues, not fewer).

The good news?
You don’t need to be “really bad” to come see us.

At Health In Balance, we help people:
✔️ Figure out what’s actually going on
✔️ Move with less pain (often quickly)
✔️ Build strength so pain doesn’t keep coming back

You deserve to feel good in your body again.

Stop waiting. Let’s figure it out together. 💙
