Rehab Resources provides pediatric outpatient services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.

Rehab Resources has been a provider of specialized pediatric therapy for over twenty five years. Rehab Resources provides outpatient therapy services to all children in a fun, state of the art clinic. Our therapists collaborate with families, physicians and other community providers to help all children realize their fullest potential. Therapy charges are billed to third party payers. Funding options include private insurance, HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payment. We will be happy to assist you in determining the coverage and summating forms for therapy services.

Our Story

Ozaukee Therapy is a member of Rehab Resources, which has been a provider of specialized pediatric therapy for over twenty years. We know you have big dreams for your child, and we do too! At Rehab Resources, we believe that all children, from newborns to teens, should have a chance to reach their unique potential. If your child needs some extra help, you have come to the right place! We offer a wide range of Rehabilitation Services (including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy) provided by a compassionate, experienced team of Pediatric Professionals. Rehab Resources provides in-home services to children ages Birth to 3 as well as outpatient therapy services for all children in a fun, state of the art clinic. Our therapists design individual, play-based treatment activities to help children achieve their goals. We also collaborate with families, physicians and other community providers to help all children make the most of their abilities.
