Oak Woods Rehab and Wellness The Oak Woods is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta.

We offer short and long term care, inpatient and outpatient therapy that includes speech, physical, and occupational therapy.
