Back pain can be debilitating, affecting the patient's ability to enjoy the things they love most. Dr. Cluck's patient, Rian, is a perfect example of this. Rian is an active 31-year-old male who herniated a disc in his back, causing severe radiculopathy (pain shooting down the leg).

"I was worried about not being able to return to doing the things I love to do, like kayaking and hiking.
