Today we're shining the spotlight on two success stories: Fengying and Nancy, who train privately and semi-privately with Trainer Swarndeep.

💬 Fengying says:
"I have had weekly private and semi-private sessions with Deep for one and a half years, while my husband also trains with him twice a week. Deep's tailored programs have made us stronger and healthier, and his approach is both challenging and caring. I will be 70 soon, and with Deep’s weight training, I can now deadlift 135 pounds which is heavier than my body weight. I feel great and energetic."

💬 Nancy says:
"Back in 2023, when Deep asked me what my fitness goals were, I told him, 'In six months, I plan to trek for mountain gorillas in Rwanda, and it will be physically challenging. I need you to get me in shape!'. At 69, I needed more stamina, strength, and balance—and he made it happen! I completed the trek with confidence thanks to his training plan and encouragement. Now at 72, I can deadlift 128 pounds, enjoy more travel adventures, and my overall health and wellness continues to improve. My primary care physician is most impressed.
Deep is a tremendous asset to RWJ and is making a difference in his clients' lives."
