The Aquatics Center is closed from Wednesday, July 30 at 8:00pm through Tuesday, August 5 at 5:00pm while we complete our Annual Maintenance. The Aquatics Center will reopen on Tuesday, August 5 at 5:00pm.

During this time, all Aquatics Group Fitness classes and Swim Lessons are canceled.

🎒 Backpack Drive with Childhelp | July 21–26

Join us in supporting Childhelp one of the nation's oldest and largest nonprofits dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect.

From Monday, July 21 to Saturday, July 26, a Childhelp ambassador will be onsite from 11am– 6pm outside our main entrance. Stop by to drop off donations or learn more about how you can help.

Toys (non-violent, child-friendly) 🧩
Backpacks 🎒

Meet Personal Trainer Emily!

Emily has her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Wilmington University, Associate's in Exercise Science from Mercer County Community College, N.A.S.M. – C.P.T., and American Heart Association American Red Cross CPR/AED Certification Certified.

Emily specializes in strength training and functional fitness, focusing on physique development and body recomposition. She is passionate about helping clients transition smoothly from physical therapy to gym-based workouts.

Fun Fact:
In November 2023, Emily competed in a bodybuilding show and won 1st place!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
"My lifelong passion for fitness and wellness inspired me to earn my Personal Training certification. Having navigated the gym as a beginner myself, I wanted to help others build confidence inside and outside the gym."

According to the CDC, roughly 60% of Americans live with at least one chronic disease, and about 40% have two or more. Many don't realize that one of the most effective tools for managing chronic conditions is also one of the most accessible – movement.
