Do you avoid places that disturb your mind or do you stay in them? These "places" are generally within our minds like when we keep focusing on negative thoughts or situations.

The good news is, you can change your mind by changing your focus. What if you were to catch yourself and switch your focus to something positive in your life? What would happen if you "hung out" in positive or virtuous spaces?

Definitely something to try, like a scientific experiment on your own mind!
