🔥 Another MyNetDiary Transformation 🔥

“In September 2020, my doctor’s scale read 264 lbs. At 5’4”, I was out of breath walking up stairs, pre-diabetic, and struggling with high blood pressure, acid reflux, and fatty liver disease. I felt like a walking time bomb.

I started small, tracking every bite with MyNetDiary, learning portion control, focusing on fruits and veggies, and paying attention to macros. By January 2021, I had added a new physical job that required me to walk 5–6 miles a day, and the weight started to come off.

Today, at age 48, I’m down 65 lbs, no longer have any health concerns, and I can even roller skate again! I’ve gone from a size 18/20 to a size 12, from a 2X top to a medium, and my wide shoes no longer fit.
