For most people, it’s 20–35% of your daily calories, which can add up fast if you’re not tracking. 📲

For example:
👉 On a 2,000 calorie diet, that’s about 44–78 grams of fat per day.
👉 On a 1,500 calorie diet, aim for 33–58 grams of fat per day.
