Movement 4 Wellness, LLC (M4W LLC) was developed out of the need for an alternative approach to the traditional healthcare system. We understand that insurance approvals, visit limits, extensive documentation, and shared appointments can sometimes get in the way of a successful recovery. We also recognize the huge health discrepancy that exists because of a lack of information, resources, financial aid, and language barriers. At M4W LLC, we want to be part of the solution to improve patient/client care and healthcare discrepancies. Our services are provided in both English and Spanish. The focus of our system is to intervene and teach you how to relieve pain, prevent injuries, optimize movement, and maximize performance. Movement 4 Wellness LLC emphasizes 1:1 care that focuses on the unique needs and goals of our patients and clients. With individualized treatment plans and a variety of service options to choose from, our therapist will guide and support you throughout your physical therapy plan to make it quick and effective.
