Daily Classes-
We flow on the mat letting go of judgment, perfection and end results! Listening to the gentle guidance and whispers of your body, moving intuitively. Replenishing energy and power centers, increasing self-love and awareness, leaving you ready to take on the world! All while building connection, community; common unity! Offering, 30 minute classes five days a week as well as weekend classes. This gives you the opportunity to show up for yourself regularly. As a Reiki Master & 200® yoga instructor I have found the best way to get results for mind, body and soul is to show up! Just show up. Let the rest fall away. 2024 has been a year, so many firsts. Really, so much to absorb. Sometimes, like anyone would, I question, I worry…

Who else has had a life shift lately? For us, it was our eldest going to college and so much more! We worked as a team to accommodate the new changes but I still find myself looking for answers and support!
