Feeling like you have a cold but you’re not sick? You may be suffering from seasonal allergies.

The trees bud. The flowers bloom. And the sneezing starts (and never ends). Over 80 million people suffer from Spring allergies but there are simple ways to help get relief.

1) Always check the pollen count before you go outside, especially on days it’s extremely high.
2) OTC meds like antihistamines work quickly when symptoms first appear.
3) Take showers after being outside as pollen can stick to your hair and skin.
4) Close the windows to avoid spores entering the home and try using air filters/

And remember, avoiding allergies doesn’t mean you have to avoid the nice weather.
