Like everything we do at The EDGE it is about creating a community of people who want to make fitness an important part of their health - a fitness family! We want to be the ones encouraging you, motivating you and most importantly entertaining you so you don't even know you are working out! We don't care if you are wearing the latest workout attire or even if your socks match we just want you to feel like you just got up off of your family room sofa and are off to have a good time.

January 1st begins my 21 Day Challenge. It is a meal plan that includes all of the recipes macro balanced to increase your metabolism and help your body work more efficiently AND the recipes are delicious (I am not just saying that, I hear it all of the time). This is not a diet, it is a sustainable way of life. In addition I provide short daily strength workouts that anyone can do. Most importantly, I work with you to create a new mindset to change habits and routines, feel better about yourself and your life and accelerate you to your BEST life. You hear from me every day and we work to stop the excessive chatter in your thoughts and purposefully create more helpful thoughts. My goal is to help YOU live your best life! $85 total.
