Virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid
We are offering a FREE virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid class with the Naugatuck Valley Health District. The training will be held over 2 days (must attend both days via Zoom) and is open to Meriden residents and community organizations.

There is a 2-hour, self-paced online course that will need to be done before attending the virtual instructor-led sessions. Participants will get a certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, valid for 3 years. To register, please visit: https://forms.gle/9b3v6gNig1z26iXm9
