Employee of the Month Announcement – May - Chretienne Bazile! 🌟
Chretienne is an amazing employee. She is very kind and caring to our individuals and a dedicated DSP. According to her manager she is "the grandma of the house". One of the individuals calls her grandma. When he sees her, he lights up and always smiles at her.
Chretienne continues to come to work and provides great care to our individuals and supports her co-workers, even when she herself was facing challenges in her personal life. She is always ready to lend a helping hand to her co-workers. She continually picks up extra shifts when needed. She sees her manager coming in early in the morning and staying late to pass meds to the individuals. As a result, she offered to get her med certification to assist her manager. Chretienne’s manager is very proud of her outstanding work with the individuals, here co-workers and her efforts to become med certified.
We are incredibly proud to have Chretienne on our team and appreciate all her dedication and contributions to Midstate Arc.
