OLIVE HARVEST TIME IS HERE!

We're thrilled to share that our students at Holy Child Program have been busy harvesting olives from our very own trees! This ancient tradition is a beloved part of our region's heritage, and we're so proud of our students for getting their hands dirty and connecting with their roots.

As they worked together to pick the olives, they learned about the importance of hard work, community, and preserving traditions that date back thousands of years. And let's be real, it was also a ton of fun!

New beginnings are in full swing here at HCP! 🎉 Our children are diving back into the school routine, and it's been amazing to see them thrive in our playground and classrooms. 🤸‍♀️🌟

As they participate in group games and activities, they're not only having a blast but also learning valuable skills like cooperation, socialization, and self-regulation. 🤝 Our teachers are gathering essential insights by observing their behaviors, helping us tailor our approach to meet each child's unique needs.

This year marks a new chapter for HCP as we settle into our permanent home after 27 years! 🏠 We're thrilled to welcome 17 new students to our community, bringing our total enrollment to 35 students. We're full to capacity, and it's a testament to the success of our programs that so many families want to be a part of our community. 🙏

We're grateful for this opportunity to grow and serve our students. Here's to a fantastic year ahead! 🌈 🙌

✨ We Bought Our Building- Beginning of a New Era & New School Year!

✨Donors world-wide helped us reach our goal!

✨For the first time ever, the Holy Child Program’s students, teachers, and staff began the school year walking into a permanent home for our mission of “Hope through Healing.” Since 2000, we have rented a building in Beit Sahour from a private family slowly transforming it over the years. With great care and vision, our staff developed the building and surrounding land to create a nurturing and healing environment for our students and their families.

✨This acquisition marks more than just a legal transaction. It begins a new era of expanded service, deeper healing, and greater outreach to the children and families in the Holy Land region.

This permanent home is a living testament to your belief in our mission, and your love for the children of this land. With joyful hearts and profound gratitude, we move forward together—rooted in hope and strengthened by faith.

Summer Evaluation Program begins ! 🌞

At HCP, we're dedicated to providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for our students. Immediately following graduation, our 2-week summer evaluation program kicks off, where we work with our next group of students to assess their readiness for the upcoming school year.

In the first few days, it's not uncommon for our students to arrive hesitant and guarded, often due to past difficulties and unsuccessful experiences at previous schools. 😔 However, by the second week, our teachers notice a remarkable transformation! 🌈

The students begin to open up, participate more willingly, and - dare we say it - even smile and giggle! 😊 It's evident that our Incredible Years® program is making a real difference in their lives. 🌟

By providing an individualized therapeutic approach, we're able to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth, confidence, and a love of learning. 🌿

This summer program is just one of the ways our donor’s generosity have an immediate impact on the lives of the children in the Holy Land 💖🙏

Graduation Photos Are Here!

We’re thrilled to announce that 15 students graduated from Holy Child Program and are ready to take on the next chapter of their journey! 👩🏻‍🎓 👨🏽‍🎓

We're proud to share that 14 of our graduates will be continuing on to further education and one student will be attending vocational school. This milestone is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students 💪

At HCP we're proud of our yearly 93% graduation rate of students entering continued education. We know that these graduates will go on to become productive, contributing members of their community, and we couldn't be more proud! 🌟

End of the year Part 2

Our school's beloved end-of-year celebration tradition has been a cherished experience for our students for years! Typically, we embark on an adventure to a beautiful destination, where we enjoy playing in a natural spring-fed pool, savoring delicious barbecue, and singing around a cozy campfire under the stars.

Although we've had to pause this tradition twice in the last 5 years, our Director and staff have shown remarkable ingenuity and dedication to ensuring our students still have a well-deserved break and lasting memories.

In those years, we temporarily reinvented the tradition by bringing the fun to a large outdoor playground! The staff even treated our students to a mouth-watering ha s made lunch.

We're grateful for the creativity and commitment of our team in making sure our students feel celebrated and appreciated.

📚🎉 Our students have been working hard on challenging yet fun teamwork activities that promote collaboration and problem-solving. 🤝🏽💡

And now, it's time to show off their knowledge with final assessments! 📝💪 Though these can be serious moments, have you ever seen children with such happy, smiling faces while taking tests? 😊 It's a true reflection of HCP's safe and nurturing environment, where our students feel supported and confident.

We are still buzzing with excitement after an incredible visit from Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem H.B. Pierbattista Cardinal Pizzaballa, to our school!
We feel deeply honored that he chose to spend time with us, and we're grateful for the warm reception he received from our staff and students.

What truly impressed us was his willingness to give us more time than we had anticipated. Our Director was thrilled to give him a comprehensive tour of our classrooms, playground, and beautiful gardens. It was a pleasure to showcase our school's spirit and community.
