This month we’re honored to welcome Seth Munsey: U.S. Coast Guard veteran, EMT, and firefighter who served on patrol in San Francisco Bay on 9/11. Seth’s journey through PTSD and C-PTSD has led him to discover the power of post-traumatic growth and most importantly, finding purpose on the other side of struggle.
