It's snowing in Idaho! The picture I'm using for this post was taken in 2017 in the midst of our snow-mageddon! Not sure how I got the courage to go out in the snow, but I'm glad I did. It brings back memories of that remarkable winter almost four years ago.
We can see the light at the end of the tunnel in this Covid pandemic, but it is still more safe and accessible to practice yoga at home. How about joining me for a yoga class via zoom in the comfort and warmth of your own space? My in person classes with Meridian Parks and Rec are slated to begin in late February 2021, but in the meantime, let's connect through some online yoga. I have extended my class offerings through mid- February.
Here's how to join me:
Find a date or dates that work well for you.
Send payment for class via Venmo (search Laurie McElroy) or Paypal (search lauriebairdmac@gmail.com). Message me about the dates you want to schedule. One class is $7, or choose 5 classes for $30. If you prefer, you can mail me a check.
I will send a zoom link the day before class.

Classes are stated in Mountain Time:
Monday evening Slow Flow Yoga at 7 pm: 12/14, 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, and 2/15.
Thursday Noon, Gentle Yoga, with special emphasis on yoga for people who do a lot of sitting: 12/17, 1/7, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18 and 2/25.
Saturday morning Gentle Yoga at 9 am: 12/19, 12/26, 1/2, 1/9, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13 and 2/20.
