She has worked with chronically mentally ill adults for over 13 years offering case management services, counseling, and psychosocial rehabilitation services while working for the State of Idaho as well as private mental health agencies. Rikki has been approved by the Idaho Board of Occupational Licenses to supervise social work interns. Rikki's areas of expertise include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness. She has experience working with clients diagnosed with Major Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Anxiety, and PTSD.
