Our Story
Faith Fueled Fitness is a wholistic approach to health and wellness that equips, encourages and empowers you to live your fullest life. Health is important. Spiritual, emotional and physical health is what God wants for us all. We want to equip, empower and encourage you to live a balanced, healthy and meaningful life.
We offer a well-rounded approach to physical fitness including faith based yoga and pilates classes, small group functional fitness classes as well as one-on-one personal training options. We believe that all parts of a person (mind, body, spirit) are connected and designed by God to work collectively to optimize health and well-being. We strive to offer resources to meet needs in each of these areas. This includes nutrition and health coaching, fitness programming and faith based encouragement and support.
Class Descriptions:
Faith Fueled Freedom-Reset and restore your body and mind by stretching physically and allowing a release of anything hindering you from the freedom of God's grace and love.
Faith Fueled Flow-
Learn, develop and combine fitness poses to build strength, stability and stamina physically & mentally; while using God's word and prayer to grow spiritually.
Faith Fueled Fire-
Move to choreographed postures building courage & core centered strength, empowering physical and spiritual growth.
Faith Fueled Fit- A Full Body functional workout to increase strength, endurance and mobility.
