Practicing in the freedom of is incredible! One example is point of care ultrasound or . In the past I've had two large health systems tell me I'm not allowed to use ultrasound in my practice. Now we use ultrasound all of the time to give our patients immediate answers with no extra cost! I used to think that ultrasound was only for babies (🙂), but nowadays we can use it to look at almost anything - hearts, lungs, kidneys... you name it! Freedom from the system truly is liberating, for me and for my patients!
