The BEST line of defense against sickness and illness that no one is talking about.. 🤔
Living a healthy lifestyle I’m honestly confused that we aren’t hearing more on this. 🤯
Nutrition:
Ever heard that during this whole thing? Fuel your body with all the wholesome foods, Marco , and micronutrients. 🥗
Exercise:
Exercise is such a great defense against illness as it helps support a healthy immune system. 💪🏼
Rest & Stress Management:
No, you’re not being lazy if you get more zzzzzzz. Sleep is essential. Also emotional wellness is just as important as physical. We have to learn how to manage our stress in healthy ways. 🧘🏻♀️
Reducing Toxic Load:
Need I say more, the number one thing that causes disease is toxins. Toxicity = low immunity. ☠️
Informed self care:
This is not synonymous with self-indulgence or being selfish. Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy (meditation, massage, etc) you can be well, and you can show up with more self love. 🛁
Proactive medical care:
there are many ways to be proactive with your health, it starts internally. Proactive healthcare doesn’t come from the government. ❌
And of course.. hygiene.. cause duh 🙂
With all that said.. we have not been given a spirit of fear so yes be SMART, but remember God has called you to move forward in confidence. Facts over fear. Prepared over panicked. Clean hands & open hearts. Breathe. Let’s rise with compassion & keep an eye on each other too. Love isn't cancelled. ❤️

The CDC isn’t your partner in health. You are. Prioritize health or it will prioritize you. 💪🏼
