✨ What is Reiki? ✨
Reiki is a calming and healing service that helps remove unwanted negative energy and emotions from the body. It’s a holistic Japanese technique that promotes balance, peace, and overall wellbeing.
Reiki helps restore harmony within the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. It supports your energy system, encourages balance, and helps flush out harmful stress-related toxins like cortisol and adrenaline.
Reiki can support emotional and mental struggles such as anger, grief, sadness, depression, anxiety, stress, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, addiction, emotional trauma and abuse, feelings of disconnection, and so much more.
It may also help reduce pain and discomfort from injuries and illnesses, and it can support and speed healing before or after surgeries and medical procedures.
Reiki can be received on its own or alongside conventional therapy. (It should not replace supervised medical care.) It’s completely safe and non-invasive for everyone—children, pets, pregnant women, and the elderly.

💫 What can I expect during my Reiki session?
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table while peaceful music plays. You’ll remain fully clothed (shoes off) and wrapped in a warm blanket. After a brief moment to connect with your breath, you’ll simply relax while I perform your session.
Clients often describe Reiki as gentle tingling, pulsing, vibrating, or wave-like sensations in the body. The energy feels light, soothing, and blissful—creating a deep sense of inner peace. Every experience is unique, and no two sessions are ever the same.
Each practitioner works differently. I personally prefer a hands-free technique, as I feel the energy transfer is stronger that way.
Sessions are tailored to each client’s specific needs—whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or hoping to address something physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.

Yes! Men come for Reiki just as often as women—sometimes even more.

💃 What will I feel like afterward? ✨🕺✨
Most clients leave feeling lighter, peaceful, centered, and balanced—often describing the experience as “a weight lifted off their shoulders.” This calm, blissful feeling can last for weeks or even longer.

💞 How many sessions will I need? 🩷
As many as you feel you want or need. Any amount of Reiki is beneficial, and there’s no set number. You will never feel any pressure from me to book additional sessions.

👫 Do children benefit from Reiki? ✨
Absolutely—children love Reiki!
Since children are smaller, have less emotional buildup, and are naturally more open to energy, their sessions are shorter (usually up to 30 minutes). They can lie on the table or sit up and play on an electronic device (with headphones).
Reiki supports kids with ADHD/ADD, fear, anxiety, confidence issues, peer pressure, sleep issues, autism, and more.

My practice is locally licensed and is private, clean, cozy, peaceful, and quiet. Very Zen.
💎 I use crystals during sessions to help balance your energy, and aromatherapy to help you relax.

✅ I recommend that new clients choose a 60- or 90-minute session, since first-timers sometimes take a little longer to settle in—though you’re welcome to choose whichever option fits your needs best.

I offer Positive Guidance Card Readings for anyone looking for insight or direction in an area of their life. These readings blend Energy and Angel Cards and are both fun and accurate. You’ll choose your own cards and decks—I currently work with about 23 decks.

I require at least three hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled under three hours—and no-shows—will result in a fee that must be paid before rebooking.
If you have a busy schedule, you’re always welcome to call for a same-day appointment. Scheduled appointments come first, but I’ll do my very best to fit you in.
