🌟 Small changes add up to BIG results! 🌟

You may have heard the story of the British Cycling Team that transformed themselves into world champions by focusing on just 1% improvements in every area. Instead of chasing one big breakthrough, they worked on small, consistent changes—better sleep, cleaner nutrition, improved mindset, even more comfortable bike seats. Over time, those small steps compounded into massive success. 🚴‍♂️🏆

The same principle applies to mental health and personal growth. You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight. Healing and progress come from steady, manageable steps—choosing to show up for therapy, practicing mindfulness for a few minutes each day, or finding one positive shift in your daily routine.

✨ Consistency, not perfection, is what leads to transformation.
✨ Small steps = meaningful change.

Discover the power of small wins and slow gains.

💙 Important Message for Our Community 💙

We want to share some important news that may affect the care and services many Idaho families rely on. Beginning in September, Medicaid reimbursement rates are being cut by 4%.

These cuts will reduce funding for schools, providers, and programs that serve children, adults, and families across Idaho. Unfortunately, that means fewer resources for the very people who need them most.

We are also deeply concerned about what this means for our providers and staff. These reductions prevent us from being able to offer the raises we had planned, and it makes it harder to retain qualified staff by providing a competitive, livable wage. Over time, this could create a shortage of providers, making it harder for families to access the care they need.

📢 Your Voice Matters - Please help
The State of Idaho is asking for public comments on this change, and we strongly encourage you to share how Medicaid services have impacted you or your family. Every story helps leaders understand the real-life consequences of these cuts.

🗓 Deadline to comment: Sept. 27, 2025
