At Cottonwood Creek we know caring for others begins with caring for ourselves. Through our CARES initiative: Cottonwood's Approach for Resilience, Empathy, and Satisfaction, we dedicated Quater 3 to equipping our team with practical selfcare tools.

This quarter's session included:

✨ Guided imagery for stress relief
✨ Recognizing and preventing burnout
✨ The role of nutrition in wellness
✨ Aromatherapy and mindfulness practices
✨ Getting outdoors and staying active
✨ Making time for hobbies and personal joy

By investing in self-care, we strengthen our resilience, nurture empathy, and create greater satisfaction in the work we do. 💙
