Got Trevor a check up this morning. He is still testing positive for covid. He is still having symptoms, but they are mild comparatively. His vitals were good and his lungs sound good! He is still under quarantine. We will get him retested Monday to see if he can return to school on Tuesday.

Trevor had another seizure tonight. He had been off most of the day. He looks much better tonight than he did earlier. Not sure what caused it. His last one was in August. He seems to be doing ok right now.

Mr. Attitude is doing a little better this morning so far. He looks better than yesterday for sure. He's only been up a few hours so we will see how the day plays out. We were able to get his blood work done last night so hoping to hear back tonight or tomorrow on what we will do med wise! Not sure what triggered the seizure, usually he gets them when he is sick so not sure on this one.

Trevor had a seizure this morning at his dads house. He is home resting now. He is still a little groggy and not his usual self off and on. Going to take him for blood work tonight or tomorrow morning to have med levels checked and then once the dr gets those back we will go from there. He hasn't had one since November of last year

February 13, 2010. A day that changed our lives forever. You never think that something like it will happen to you, life can change in the blink of an eye. It's been 11 years and I still remember things as if they just happened. I got the phone call from my dad telling me that Trevor and Shane had been in an accident and that it was bad, really bad. I immediately dropped to my knees and started praying for Trevor. The whole 6 hour car ride to primary children's I was saying please God, in between all the phone calls and chaos. It was a nightmare that you don't wake up from. You are never prepared to be sat down in a room with Dr's and other hospital people to be told that your son has less than a 1 percent chance of survival. His injuries were catastrophic and the outlook was not good. We were in the life saving stage for quite awhile, the Dr's when they would talk to us would refer to things with those exact words. The news spread and we had so many people praying for him and we witnessed a miracle. It's been a long road and Trevor is still making progress every day. A few years after the accident when he was starting to communicate more he said out of the blue that he met Jesus. He said Jesus had come to take him home from the accident and that he left with Jesus. We are beyond blessed to still have him with us. I still remember everything as if it happened yesterday, the conversations, the phone calls, meetings with Dr's, the hospital. It really doesn't seem like it's been 11 years.

Hard to believe that tomorrow will be 11 years since our lives changed. It doesn't seem like it's been that long at all. These are some pics that were taken while Trevor was in the PICU at Primary Children's. His injuries at the time were listed as catastrophic and we were in the life saving stage of things. They still didn't know if he was going to make it, the prognosis was grim.

Here we are, almost 11 years since Trevor's accident that forever changed our lives. I'll be posting some things every day from then. These are pics of the car that he was in. I hope they are a reminder to not drive distracted and to pay attention when behind the wheel. A stop sign was ran and we still deal with the aftermath everyday. It changed our lives forever. 02-13-2010
