Understanding your menstrual cycle is more than tracking your period. It’s about gaining insight into your hormones and how they affect your body.

Each phase of your cycle influences energy, mood, cognition, and overall wellbeing. Fatigue, cravings, or mood changes may not just be stress or aging. They can be subtle signs that your hormones need attention.

By tracking your cycle and working with a healthcare provider, you can uncover patterns, address imbalances, and take control of your health. Knowledge is power, and small insights can lead to big changes.

Did you know that subtle hormone imbalances can silently affect your body for years before obvious symptoms appear? ⚠️

Persistent fatigue, mood disturbances, cognitive changes, sugar cravings, low libido, hair thinning, and other seemingly minor symptoms may indicate dysfunction in the thyroid, adrenal glands, or s*x hormones. These signs are often overlooked or attributed to stress, aging, or lifestyle factors, but hormonal imbalances can significantly impact energy, mood, and overall physiological function.

A comprehensive hormone appointment and laboratory testing can help identify the underlying causes of these symptoms and guide individualized interventions.

At HRMN Health, we help patients understand their hormones and uncover the root cause of hormonal changes.

We’re joining the celebration of National Doctor’s Day this week with a heartfelt shoutout to our own amazing DO, Dr. Nathan Ward!🎉

Dr. Ward, one of the owners of HRMN Health, leads our Men’s Health Department and sees the majority of our male patients. We are so thankful for his leadership, the kindness he brings to his patients and team, and his dedication to helping everyone in our community optimize their health and live their best lives. HRMN Health truly wouldn’t be the same without him!

Some fun facts about Dr. Ward: he adores French Bulldogs, loves baseball, coaches softball, is a rancher caring for cows and chickens 🐄🐔, loves Bruno Mars, and is the ultimate girl dad. He brings his thoughtful, caring presence to everyone he meets, making a positive impact both in and out of the clinic.

We had such a wonderful time attending and speaking at The Well-Versed Woman: A Series on Hormone Literacy.🧡

A special thank you to Madison Peach-Keen, owner and founder of , and the entire Peachy Keen team for creating such an incredible educational series for the women in our community. Madison is one of our trusted compounding pharmacists who is deeply dedicated to holistic hormone health and providing patients with personalized, high-quality compounded medications, care, and education.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to help open this 6-part hormone literacy series, with kicking off the first event. The evening focused on understanding the foundations of hormone health, including the “Big Three” hormones, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, along with supporting hormones like cortisol and DHEA.

Attendees also learned how hormones shift during major life stages such as pregnancy, menopause, and after hysterectomy, as well as an educational overview of vulvar and cl****al anatomy. Knowledge about your body is powerful, and it’s information every woman deserves to have.

We’re excited to continue supporting this series and will be back June 25th, when our co-founder .hrmnhealth will also be speaking as part of this incredible educational lineup.
Thank you again to the Peachy Keen team for creating such an impactful series for the women in our community. We look forward to the rest of the events!

Also special shoutout out to for providing these beautiful cookies!!

Struggling with adult acne in your 30s or 40s? 🧬

Acne during this time is often hormone-related. Fluctuations can increase sensitivity to DHT, causing excess sebum production and clogged pores, commonly along the jawline.

If you’re trying to cover it up or feel self-conscious, know that it’s not just a dermatology issue, it could be hormonal. At HRMN Health, we are here to help and can help get to the root cause.

We are pleased to announce that peptides are now available in our clinic.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, that function as signaling molecules within the body. They direct cellular activity and can support processes such as collagen production, healthy aging, muscle development, metabolic function, and overall physiologic balance.

Different peptides are designed to target specific physiologic pathways, allowing for a precise and individualized approach to optimizing health, recovery, and performance. When used appropriately and under medical supervision, peptide therapy can be a strategic component of a comprehensive care plan.

If you are interested in learning which peptide may align with your health goals, we can help.

The job you do keeps us safe, and we’re here to keep your health safe.

Over time, we’ve seen more first responders walk through our doors, and the more we listen, the clearer it becomes. The mental, emotional, and physical toll this work takes is real.

The medical literature supports what we see every day. Higher risks for heart disease, increased cancer risk, and significantly higher mental health strain. Many first responders come in further along physically, deteriorating faster and more aggressively than the general population, simply because of what they carry day in and day out.

We want you to know two things. First, we see you, and we are deeply grateful for what you do and the sacrifices you make for our safety and health. Second, if this resonates with you, we are here to help. You deserve care, support, and a plan built for what your body and mind have been through.

If you’re ready, come find us. We’ve got you.
