Dinner felt a little extra cozy this week 🫶🏼 We made the Chicken Parmesan with sweet potato fries and added our own special dipping sauce on the side, and honestly it was so good. One thing I loved is that the new Family Style Bundles from Blue Apron are customizable and designed to serve 4 or 6 people, which makes cooking for families or having leftovers so much easier. Our meal actually came with a second entrée option too, but we decided to save it for another night which made future me very happy 😂

Tried my first Yogalates class this weekend and wow… the perfect mix of strength, stretch, and slow mindful movement. 🧘‍♀️✨ I left feeling stronger, longer, and so much more grounded than when I walked in. Definitely adding this to my routine.

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it is the foundation. When you are a high achieving woman or someone with high functioning anxiety it is so easy to pour into everything and everyone else first. Burnout is not a sign that you are weak it usually means you have been carrying too much for too long without support

Start small. Rest without guilt. Say no when you need to. Choose yourself in the quiet everyday moments
